Alison Pentz Bouwmeester

 Alison P. Bouwmeester spent a 28-year career as a senior leader in the Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations (Clandestine Service), where she received the Career Intelligence Medal and the National Intelligence Certificate of Distinction.  Following a full career of worldwide government service, Alison successfully transitioned to a private sector career as a senior business executive, rising to the level of Vice President at both TASC and at Agilex Technologies.  Most recently, Alison worked as a Senior Manager with Accenture Federal Services, bringing industry best practices, solutions, and expertise to government.

With a history of frequent and successful geographic and professional job transitions herself, Alison Bouwmeester is well-tooled to help individuals assess their own strengths/skills, and to navigate and flourish through periods of professional transition.

Alison graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science and Speech Communication.  She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the International Spy Museum.

Alison is a Certified Professional Career Coach with the Professional Association of Resume Writers/Career Coaches. She also has a Certification in Designing Learning from the Association for Talent Development.  Alison is an Authorized DISC Administrator and Behavioral Consultant



Paul Bouwmeester

Paul Bouwmeester has over 30 years progressive talent management and HR operations experience both in the United States and internationally.  Most recently, Paul spent 8 years as the Vice President for Talent Management for a global telecommunications software and consulting company.  His responsibilities included leading all HR operations and strategic development for worldwide resources in the US, Brazil, Canada, Ireland, U.K, France, Spain, South Africa, Australia and Malaysia. 

Paul's specialities include, but are not limited to:  understanding the processes and strategies for corporate talent acquisition, optimizing diverse talent, organizational culture and change management, learning and talent development, employee benefits and compensation; employee relations and international assignment management.  Paul Bouwmeester has a deep understanding of corporate compensation models and benefits, bench-marking, corporate immigration policy development, compliance management, corporate outplacement, and corporate codes of ethics.

Paul also has experience in proposal development and project management; general ledger, tax equalization programs, international donor program management, corporate codes of ethics, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).  He has supported companies through pre-IPO and M&A activities, and has served as a Board member for corporate US and Canadian legal entities.  He is also a CPA and business management consultant.  Paul is a certified Senior HR Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
